Alternatively, bus line 27 in front of the train station "Gare Matabiau" leads directly to the bus stop "LAAS" in 20-30 min

From the airport "Toulouse Blagnac": you can reach the metro line B by the Airport Shuttle (every 15 min) on several stops including the train station. Total trip to LAAS duration ~1 H

City short term bicycle rental info: City short term bicycle rental is available to,  info: https://velo.toulouse.fr. From the train station "Gare Matabiau" for instance, it takes less than 25 min trip along the "canal du midi" to reach LAAS by the cycle lane. On this cycle lane however, cyclist may get mixed up with pedestrians, who have priority over them, or with motorists over whom they have priority, on certain sections of the route. The most pleasant part is when approaching LAAS.
